Shrimp and Noodle Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry with succulent shrimp and savory noodles. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β12 oz large shrimppeeled and deveined
- β8 oz noodlesrice noodles or egg noodles
- β1/4 cup intensely savory sauceavailable in most supermarkets
- β2 tbsp vegetable oilfor stir frying
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp grated gingeroptional
- β2 tbsp soy sauceor to taste
- β1 tsp saltor to taste
- β1/2 tsp pepperor to taste

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink and fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the garlic and ginger (if using) and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the noodles to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they start to brown.

Add the savory sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.

Return the shrimp to the skillet and stir to combine with the noodles and sauce.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the shrimp are coated.
