Carne Asada Tacos
A classic Mexican dish featuring grilled pork, served with fresh cilantro, onion, and warm tortillas.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Lime juice

- β1/4 cup Cilantro
- β1/2 cup Onionchopped
- β4-6 Tortillascorn
- β1 cup Salsa
- β1 cup Queso fresco

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, garlic, and olive oil.

Add the pork to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the pork for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
