- β1 cup Myeolchi (Korean anchovies)
- β1/4 cup Anchovies
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Dried thyme
- β1 tsp Dried oregano
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1/2 tsp Black pepper
- β1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large clay pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the myeolchi and anchovies, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the thyme, oregano, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper.
