Smoky American Potato Bowl
A hearty, smoky potato bowl filled with tender beef and topped with a tangy slaw.

- β1 pound beef
- β1 tablespoon smoky paprika
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 head cabbage
- β1/4 cup mayonnaise
- β2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- β1 cup sweet corn

2. Scrub and cube the potatoes, then toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
