Smoky Vegetarian Tagine
A hearty vegetarian stew originating from North Africa, featuring smoky flavors and tender vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1/2 pound Smoky Canadian Skirt SteakNote: use a vegetarian alternative or skip this ingredient to adhere to a strict vegetarian diet.

- β2 Bell Peppers
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 medium Carrots
- β1 medium Zucchini
- β1 can Chickpeas
- β1 can Canned Diced Tomatoes
- β1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- β1 tsp Cumin
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
