Greek Lamb Skewers
Grilled lamb skewers infused with smoky flavors, perfect for a summer evening. Serve with a side of tangy tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 teaspoons Smoky paprika
- β4 cloves Garlic, minced
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β Salt and pepper, to taste
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- β Zest of 1 lemon
