Saudi Arabian Grilled Shrimp Skewers

- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β3 cloves garlicminced

- β1 teaspoon corianderground
- β1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepperoptional

In a large bowl, whisk together shrimp paste, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.

Add the shrimp to the marinade and mix to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
