- ●4 cloves GarlicMinced
- ●1 bunch Atakilt (carrots, potatoes, cabbage)Chopped
- ●1 teaspoon Cayenne pepperAdjust to taste
- ●1 teaspoon Ground cuminAdjust to taste

- ●1 teaspoon PaprikaAdjust to taste
- ●2 tablespoons Olive oilFor frying
- ●2 cups WaterFor stew

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onion and ginger and sauté until softened.
