Sweet Slovakian Pudding
A French-inspired dessert made with sweet Slovakian pudding, intensely sweet fruit, and a touch of French flair.
Ingredients
- β250g Slovakian puddinghomemade or store-bought
- β1 cup, sliced Fresh fruitsuch as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
- β2 tablespoons Granulated sugaroptional
- β1/2 cup Heavy creamoptional
- β1 teaspoon Vanilla extractoptional

In a large bowl, combine the Slovakian pudding and granulated sugar (if using).

Mix well until the sugar is fully incorporated.

Add in the sliced fresh fruit and mix gently to combine.

If desired, add in the heavy cream and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve the pudding chilled, garnished with additional fresh fruit if desired.
