Croatian Chickpea Wrap
A flavorful and nutritious wrap filled with roasted chickpeas, umami-rich sauce, and crispy croatian bread. A delicious and easy-to-make meal for any time of the day.
Ingredients
- β1 cup chickpeacanned or cooked
- β1/2 cup flourfor gluten-free option
- β1 large wrapCroatian or gluten-free
- β1/4 cup umami-rich saucehomemade or store-bought
- β1 tablespoon olive oilfor roasting
- βto taste saltfor seasoning
- βto taste pepperfor seasoning
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Rinse the chickpeas and dry them with a paper towel.

In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy.

While the chickpeas are roasting, warm the wrap in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
