Turkish Dolma Stuffed Peppers
A traditional Turkish dish, dolma stuffed peppers are a flavorful and nutritious meal option. This recipe combines the sweetness of bell peppers with the savory flavors of rice and spices.

- β1/4 cup peanut oilor other neutral oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons intensely flavored tomato pasteoptional

- β1/2 teaspoon black pepperor to taste
- β1 tablespoon dried parsleychopped

Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes.
