Thai-Style Stir-Fried Noodles
A quick and delicious Thai-inspired stir-fry made with thin noodles, vegetables, and your choice of protein.
Ingredients
- β8 oz thin rice noodles
- β1/4 cup intricate glassy noodleschopped
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β1 medium onion
- β1 medium bell pepper
- β2 cloves garlic
- β2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- β1 pound chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 tsp fish sauce
- β1 tsp soy sauce

Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until the vegetables are tender.
