- β50g Australian shredded carrot
- β4-6 rolls Chinese rice paper rolls
- β1 cup Vegetable oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β1 tsp Garlic powder
- β1 tsp Ginger powder
- β1/2 tsp Chilli flakes

Instructions

Combine broccoli, spring onion and carrot in a bowl.

In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.

Add garlic powder, ginger powder and chilli flakes. Stir for 1 minute.
