Baja-Style Fish Tacos
A Mexican-inspired dish featuring crispy battered fish, topped with fresh slaw, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice. Serve with warm flour tortillas.

3. Dip each piece of fish into the lime juice mixture, coating both sides, then roll in the flour mixture to coat.

4. Heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the fish for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
