Polish Omelette with Brie and Inviting Filling
A twist on the classic omelette with a polish-style filling and melted brie cheese. This dish is perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients
- β2 large eggs eggs
- β2 tablespoons, crumbled brie cheese
- β1/2 cup, chopped inviting filling (e.g. mushrooms, bell peppers, onions)
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

In a small bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix together the inviting filling and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.

Pour the eggs into the pan and cook until the edges start to set.

Add the filling mixture to one half of the omelette and sprinkle with crumbled brie cheese.

Fold the other half of the omelette over the filling and cook for an additional 30 seconds.

Use a spatula to carefully slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
