Italian Cannoli Oat Bites
A sweet Italian-inspired dessert made with oats and cannoli-like filling, perfect for a snack or dessert.

- β4-6 shells, crushed cannoli
- β1/4 cup granulated sugar
- β1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- β1 large egg
- β1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, crushed cannoli shells, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Scoop the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
