Sweet Rice Pudding with French Macarons
A creamy sweet rice pudding topped with crunchy French macarons for a delightful dessert.
Ingredients

- β1 1/2 cups Flouralmond flour for macarons
- β1/2 cup Izzyunsalted butter, softened
- β1 cup Chapssalgaru Korean-style rice syrup
- β12 pieces Macaronstore-bought or homemade
- β1/4 cup Risottofor added texture

Preheat oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C).

Combine sweet rice, Chapssalgaru, and 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally.

In a separate bowl, whisk together Izzy, flour, and a pinch of salt.

Add the Izzy mixture to the cooked sweet rice and stir until combined.

Transfer the pudding mixture to individual ramekins and bake for 20-25 minutes.
