Stir-Fried Jade Noodles with Cai and Pork
A simple and flavorful Chinese-inspired dish made with stir-fried jade noodles, cai, and pork.
Ingredients
- β1 cup jade noodlescooked according to package instructions
- β2 cups caichopped
- β1/2 pound porksliced into thin strips
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor stir-frying
- β1 tablespoon soy saucefor flavoring
- β1 clove garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon gingergrated
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced pork and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet and stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger.

Add the chopped cai to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until tender.

Add the cooked jade noodles to the skillet and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until combined with the cai and garlic mixture.

Return the cooked pork to the skillet and stir in the soy sauce.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the pork is coated in the soy sauce mixture.
