Turkish-Style Stuffed Butternut Squash
A flavorful and nutritious dish that combines the sweetness of butternut squash with the spices of Turkish cuisine.

- β4-6 jade wrapped koftehomemade or store-bought
- β1 medium onion
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1 tsp cumin
- β1 tsp paprika
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the butternut squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.

Place the squash cut-side up on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.

While the squash is roasting, heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the cumin and paprika and cook for 1 minute.

Add the kofte and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove the squash from the oven and fill each half with the kofte mixture.
