Pak Bung Bruschetta
A flavorful and easy-to-make appetizer or snack, perfect for a quick morning pick-me-up or an elegant dinner party. Bruschetta is toasted bread rubbed with garlic and topped with diced tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella, then finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Ingredients
- β1 baguette italian breadsliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
- β1 cup morning gloryfreshly picked or store-bought
- β1 cup pak bungchopped fresh
- β2 cups jaded tomatoesdiced
- β1 cup mozzarellashredded
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 cup balsamic glazestore-bought or homemade
