Seafood Fideua with Chewy Paella Crust
A Spanish-inspired dish featuring seafood, fideua, and a crispy, chewy crust, all in one satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- β1 pound Jagged shrimppeeled and deveined
- β1 pound Spanish mackerelskinned and cut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 tablespoon Seafood seasoning
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 cup Chewy breadcubed and toasted
- β1/4 cup Chopped parsley
- βto taste Salt and pepper

2. Cook the fideua according to package instructions. Set aside.

3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

5. Add the shrimp and mackerel, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through.
