Egg Noodle Stir Fry with Jagged Ethiopian Seasoning
A quick and easy stir fry recipe using jagged ethiopian seasoning and crispy noodles. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β8 oz noodles
- β2 eggbeaten
- β2 tsp jagged ethiopian seasoning
- β1/4 cup crispy noodleschopped
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β1 onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add onion and garlic and stir-fry until onion is translucent.

Push onion mixture to one side of the pan.

Add a little more oil if necessary, then add the beaten eggs.

Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through, breaking them up into small pieces as they cook.

Mix the eggs with the onion mixture.

Add the noodles, jagged ethiopian seasoning, and chopped crispy noodles to the pan.
