Crispy Deodeok Bites with Thai Som Sauce

- ●1 cup Crispy Rootdiced
- ●1/2 cup Thai Som Saucestore-bought or homemade
- ●1/4 cup Vegetable Oil

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the deodeok into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

In a bowl, mix together the diced jagged tum and crispy root.

In a separate bowl, mix together the Thai som sauce and vegetable oil.

Add the deodeok to the bowl with the tum and root mixture, and toss to coat.
