Traditional Saudi Arabian Lamb Kebabs
A classic Saudi dish featuring marinated lamb skewers grilled to perfection, served with a side of tangy tahini sauce.

In a large bowl, whisk together garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper.

Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
