Jagged Paneer Rasmalai

- β1/2 cup Jagged
- β1 cup Rasmalai
- β1 cup Milk
- β1 tablespoon Sugar
- β1/2 teaspoon Cardamom
- βa few threads Saffron

Soak the jagged in milk for 30 minutes.

Drain the milk and grind the jagged into a smooth paste.

Cut the paneer into small cubes.

Heat the rasmalai in a pan over medium heat.
