Korean-Style Stir-Fried Duck
A savory and spicy dish featuring crispy fried duck, stir-fried with crunchy vegetables and served with steamed rice.
Ingredients
- β2 lbs Duck breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 cup Jagged sauceavailable in most Asian grocery stores
- β2 tsp Korean chili flakesoptional
- β1 cup Sliced carrotspeeled and thinly sliced
- β1 cup Sliced zucchinipeeled and thinly sliced
- β1 cup Sliced green onionschopped for garnish
- β2 tbsp Sesame oilfor cooking
- βto taste Salt and pepperfor seasoning
Instructions

Season the duck pieces with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the duck pieces and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes.

Remove the duck from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.

Add the sliced carrots and zucchini and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the jagged sauce and Korean chili flakes (if using) to the skillet.

Return the duck to the skillet and stir to combine with the sauce and vegetables.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the duck is well coated with the sauce.
