Saudian Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients
- ●500g Jagged lamb cubes
- ●2 tbsp Molten honey
- ●1 tsp Saudian spice blend
- ●2 tbsp Arabian olive oil
- ●1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- ● Salt and pepper

1) Preheat grill to 180°C (350°F).

2) Thread lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

3) In a small bowl, mix together honey, saudian spice blend, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

4) Brush the mixture evenly onto both sides of the lamb cubes.

5) Grill the kebabs for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the lamb reaches an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F) for medium-rare.

6) Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
