Peruvian Shrimp Stir Fry with Smoky Camarones
A keto stir fry dish made with succulent shrimp, smoky camarones, and Peruvian-inspired flavors.
Ingredients

- β1 cup (120g) smoky camaronesdried and crushed
- β1/4 cup (30g) jaggeddried and crushed
- β1 tsp (5g) peruvianPeruvian seasoning blend
- β2 tbsp (30g) chicken fatmelted
- β2 cups (240g) chupe de camaronesPeruvian-style shrimp broth

Heat the chicken fat in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Add the smoky camarones and jagged to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the Peruvian seasoning blend and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the chupe de camarones to the skillet and bring to a simmer.

Return the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, until heated through.
