Prosciutto and Menemen Turkish-Style Breakfast
A twist on the traditional Turkish menemen, adding crispy prosciutto and a smoky twist with jagged spices.

- β2 tsp Menemen spice mix
- β1 tsp Smoked paprika
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β Salt and pepper
- β4 slices Turkish bread

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, menemen spice mix, smoked paprika, and salt.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add prosciutto and cook until crispy.

Pour egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the edges start to set.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.

Meanwhile, toast Turkish bread and cut into quarters.
