Muhammara Stuffed Red Peppers

- β4 Jagged Red Peppersany variety
- β1/2 cup Muhammarahomemade or store-bought
- β1/4 cup Middle Eastern Breadcrumbs or panko
- β1 tablespoon Sour Cream or Yogurtoptional
- β2 tablespoons Eastern Olive Oilfor roasting
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Cut the tops off the red peppers and remove seeds and membranes.
