Grilled Chicken Skewers with Jagged Tangy Sauce

- β1 pound chicken breast
- β10-12 Portuguese skewers
- β2 tablespoons port wine
- β1 tablespoon olive oil
- β2 cloves garlic
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

1. In a blender or food processor, combine jagged tangy sauce ingredients and blend until smooth.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together port wine, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

3. Add the chicken breast to the marinade and mix well.

4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
