Spiced Black Pudding Fritters
Crispy fritters filled with the rich flavors of black pudding, perfect for a snack or light meal.
Ingredients
- β250g black pudding, crumbled
- β1 medium jaggedly cut onionsabout 1 cup
- β1 tsp saudi arabian spices (cumin, coriander, cinnamon)mixed
- β2 tbsp arabian kadhai (or vegetable oil)

1. In a large bowl, combine the crumbled black pudding, chopped onions, and saudi arabian spices.

2. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. Divide the mixture into 6-8 portions, depending on the desired size of the fritters.

4. Shape each portion into a ball and then flatten slightly into a disk shape.

5. Heat the kadhai or vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

6. When the oil is hot, add 2-3 fritters to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.

7. Remove the fritters from the oil with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
