Spicy Poblano Rajas with Jalapeno Cream Sauce

- β1 tsp mexican spiced

Roast the dried poblanos in the oven for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and blistered.

Remove the poblanos from the oven and let them cool in a bowl, covered with plastic wrap.

Once the poblanos have cooled, peel off the skin and chop them into 1-inch pieces.

In a blender or food processor, puree the roasted poblanos, jalapeno, crema, and Mexican spiced until smooth.
