Spanish Berry Paella
A delicious and easy-to-make Spanish-inspired paella dish filled with juicy berries. Perfect for a light and healthy meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound free range chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 cups mixed berriesfresh or frozen
- β1 cup Spanish riceuncooked
- β2 cups free-range chicken broth
- β2 tablespoons Spanish olive oil
- β1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.
