- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1 large Onion
- β2 inches Ginger
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 bunch Dorajichopped
- β2 large Tomatoes

- βto taste Black Pepper

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion, ginger, and garlic; cook until onion is translucent.

Add lamb and cook until browned on all sides.

Add tagine spice mix, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
