Venezuelan-Style Baked Scamorza
A twist on traditional Italian scamorza, this Venezuelan-inspired dish adds a sweet and spicy kick. The crispy exterior and creamy interior make for a delightful appetizer or snack.

- ●2 tablespoons jammyfor serving
- ●1 venezuelantype of chili pepper
- ●1 bakepreheated oven

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the scamorza into thick rounds.

Place the scamorza slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
