Croatian Dolma
A traditional Croatian dish, dolma is a sweet and savory treat that combines grape leaves with a variety of ingredients. This recipe is a modern take on the classic dish.
Ingredients

- β1 cup DolmaCroatian-style dolma, can be found in most European or Middle Eastern markets
- β1/4 cup Jammy
- β1/2 cup Croatian Cheese
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsley

Rinse the grape leaves and set aside.

In a bowl, mix together the dolma, jammy, and Croatian cheese.

Add a tablespoon of the dolma mixture to the center of each grape leaf.

Fold the stem end over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll into a neat package.

Repeat with the remaining grape leaves and filling.

Place the dolma in a steamer basket and steam for 10-15 minutes, or until the grape leaves are tender.
