Filipino Chicken Pancit
A classic Filipino stir-fry dish made with chicken, pancit noodles, and a blend of savory and sweet flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 cup pancitdried rice noodles
- β1 cup buhoh bihondried rice noodles
- β2 tablespoons yuzu juiceor to taste
- β1 tablespoon soy sauceor to taste
- β1 tablespoon vegetable oilfor stir-frying
Instructions

Cook pancit and buhoh bihon according to package instructions.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.

Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add yuzu juice and soy sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.
