Argentinian Gyoza Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry using Asian-style gyoza and Argentinian bok choi, perfect for a gluten-free meal.
Ingredients
- β2 bunches Argentinian bok choiSeparate into individual florets
- β1 package (about 20 gyoza) GyozaPan-fry before adding to stir fry
- β1/4 cup Light soy sauceAdjust to taste
- β2 tbsp Jammy sesame oilFor added flavor
- βto taste SaltFor seasoning

1. Heat 1 tbsp of jammy sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Pan-fry the gyoza until lightly browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

3. Remove the gyoza from the skillet and set aside.

4. Add the remaining 1 tbsp of jammy sesame oil to the skillet and stir-fry the separated bok choi florets until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

5. Return the pan-fried gyoza to the skillet and stir-fry for another minute.

6. Add the light soy sauce and stir to combine.
