Korean BBQ Beef Tacos
A fusion of Korean and Mexican cuisine, featuring marinated beef short ribs grilled to perfection and served in a crispy taco shell.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Gochujang
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- β1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
- β1 teaspoon Korean chili paste
- β1 cup Bean sprouts
- βchopped (for garnish) Cilantro
- β6-8 shells Taco shells

In a large bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, chilli flakes, and Korean chili paste.

Add the beef short ribs to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the beef from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.

Grill the beef for 5-7 minutes per side, or until caramelized and cooked through.

Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
