Japanese Style Beer Steeped Beef Wrap

- β1/2 cup Japanese beersteeped for 30 minutes
- β1 Low-carb wraptortilla or collard green wrap
- β1/4 cup Melted cheese ( cheddar or mozzarella )shredded
- β1/4 cup Sliced green onionschopped
- β1 tsp Sesame seedstoasted
- β1 tsp Soy saucelow-carb option
- β1/2 tsp Garlic powderto taste
- β1/4 tsp Black pepperto taste

1. In a large bowl, combine beef slices and Japanese beer. Let it steep for 30 minutes, refrigerated.
