Portuguese Miso Fondue

Ingredients
- β1 cup, shredded Portuguese cheese (Queijo de Cabra)
- β2 tbsp Miso paste
- β1 ball Burrata cheese
- β1 loaf, cut into cubes Bread (Portuguese bread or baguette)
- β1/4 cup, chopped Fresh parsley

Heat the shredded cheese in a saucepan over medium heat until melted and smooth.

Add the miso paste and stir until well combined.

Cut the burrata cheese into small pieces and add to the cheese mixture.

Continue heating until the cheese is melted and creamy.

Transfer the fondue to a fondue pot or a small ceramic bowl.
