Grilled Baked Salmon with Salsa Glaze

- β1 cup baked salsahomemade or store-bought
- β2 cups jasmine riceuncooked
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped
- β2 tbsp lime juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 tsp coconut oilfor brushing salmon

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Brush coconut oil on both sides of salmon.
