Thai Khao Pad Stir Fry
A classic Thai stir fry dish made with jasmine rice, vegetables, and your choice of protein. Quick, easy, and delicious.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Jasmine rice
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 medium Onionsliced
- β1 medium Bell peppersliced
- β2 medium Carrotssliced
- β1/4 cup Thai basilchopped
- β1 pound Gooseboneless, skinless thighs

Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and cook until it starts to soften, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the sliced bell pepper and carrots, and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

Add the chopped Thai basil and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cooked jasmine rice to the skillet or wok, and stir to combine with the vegetables.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the rice is heated through.

Add the cooked goose to the skillet or wok, and stir to combine with the rice and vegetables.
