Jazzy Chiapan Toast

- β2 tablespoons Chiapan sauce
- β4 slices Huaraches
- β2 slices Wheat bread
- β1 cup, shredded Mozzarella cheese
- β1/4 cup, chopped Cilantrooptional
- β1/2 cup Sour creamoptional

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
