Garlicky Pan-Seared Fish with Jazzy Norwegian Skillet Sauce
A flavorful, crispy fish dish with a tangy Norwegian skillet sauce infused with garlic notes.
Ingredients
- β4 fillets Jazzy Norwegian fish fillets (1 lb)
- β6 tbsp Garlicky butter (2 sticks, 8 tbsp)
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced (3 cloves)
- β2 tbsp Lemon juice (1/4 cup)
- β0.5 tsp Skillet seasoning (1 tsp)
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped (1/4 cup)for garnish

Heat 1-2 tbsp of garlicky butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the fish fillets with salt, black pepper, and skillet seasoning.

Add 2-3 fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through.

Transfer the cooked fish to a plate and repeat with the remaining fillets.

Reduce heat to medium and add the remaining 4 tbsp of garlicky butter to the skillet.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Stir in lemon juice and cook for an additional minute.

Return the cooked fish to the skillet and spoon the garlic sauce over the top.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
