Greek Gigantes Plaki
A hearty, flavorful Greek stew made with giant beans and tomatoes, perfect for a cold winter night.
Ingredients

- ●2 medium plaki tomatoes
- ●1 medium onion
- ●3 cloves garlic
- ●1/4 cup red wine
- ●2 tbsp olive oil
- ●to taste salt
- ●chopped (optional) fresh parsley
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the gigantes beans, plaki tomatoes, red wine, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
