Greek Pilaf with Lentils

- β1 tsp greek pilaf seasoningto taste

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the uncooked rice and stir to coat in oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the cooked lentils, Greek pilaf seasoning, and 2 cups of water to the saucepan.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.
