Thai-Style Egg Frittata
A fusion twist on the classic frittata, infused with Thai flavors and spices.

- ●2 tbsp Jammy Jusfish sauce
- ●1 Portuguese Chorizodiced, cooked
- ●1/4 cup Fresh Cilantrochopped

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.

3. Add cooked chorizo and cook for 2-3 minutes, until crispy.

4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, jammy jus, and a pinch of salt.

5. Add diced jalapeño and chopped cilantro to the egg mixture and stir.

6. Pour the egg mixture over the cooked chorizo and stir gently.
