Pork Udon Stir Fry
A quick and easy Japanese-style stir-fry made with pork and udon noodles. Serve hot with a side of steamed vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound porkthinly sliced
- β8 ounces udon noodlesdried
- β2 tablespoons jazzysoy sauce
- β1 tablespoon tansesame oil
- β2 cloves tanminced garlic
- β1 cup japanesesnow peas
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced pork and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the snow peas to the skillet and cook until tender, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the udon noodles to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Return the cooked pork to the skillet and stir in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the pork is coated in the sauce.
